Deliveries in Italy : the delivery charge for orders under €150 is €9 and is calculated automatically during checkout. Orders over this amount benefit from free delivery and are usually delivered in 2-5 working days.
Our delivery service is active from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:00 on non-holidays. Orders are not prepared for shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received during holidays or on weekends are processed and processed on the next working day.
How to make your online experience easier and more satisfying:
- During checkout, make sure you have entered a correct shipping address, paying particular attention to your local zip code. Returns and Refunds Policy
To initiate a return request, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The withdrawal period, during which you can exercise the right to return the product, expires 14 days after the day on which you or a person designated by you, other than the delivery carrier, takes actual physical possession of the ordered product. In the case of multiple products ordered in the same order, but delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which you take physical possession of the last item delivered.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact. We will not be able to refund items that do not meet these criteria.
Non-refundable items
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Customized items, including prescription and non-prescription lenses, are generally not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or do not match the prescription provided. If there is a defect or a mismatch with your prescription, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

Conversion into other currencies will be processed based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of the return request, as determined by the European Central Bank.
Refund Method
You are responsible for the returned item until it reaches us. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. You will be refunded the price you paid for the item, less the restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs and any taxes incurred are non-refundable.

The frames are available in different sizes, which suit a variety of face shapes. If you look inside one of your frames, you will probably notice two or three numbers indicated. The first (normally between 48 and 58) is the width of the lens. The second number (usually between 15 and 25) is the bridge width, which is the distance between the lenses. The higher the number, the further the distance. The last number (normally between 135 and 150) is the length of the temples. If you try on your glasses and notice that the temples don't fit well, you should look for glasses with a temple length of at least 145mm.
