Ottica Dieci Decimi ships using the worldwide services of DHL and other reliable and secure express couriers.
We hope that your experience in receiving the order at home can be the best.
Deliveries in Italy : the delivery charge for orders under €150 is €9 and is calculated automatically during checkout. Orders over this amount benefit from free delivery and are usually delivered in 2-5 working days.
Our delivery service is active from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 16:00 on non-holidays. Orders are not prepared for shipping on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received during holidays or on weekends are processed and processed on the next working day.
How to make your online experience easier and more satisfying:
- During checkout, make sure you have entered a correct shipping address, paying particular attention to your local zip code. Once your order has been shipped, it is not easy to change the destination. Doing so usually results in a delay of one or more days on the originally scheduled delivery date;
- Before we can ship your order, you may need to wait for confirmation from your credit card issuer. We will do our best to keep waiting times to a minimum;
- We work closely with DHL to minimize potential delays, however we cannot predict events such as strikes, weather disruptions or international routing errors. Should such unforeseen circumstances arise, we will monitor the delivery carefully to ensure it is completed;
- Before shipping, our opticians check the quality of each item and make sure it is free of defects. In case you receive a product that you have a doubt about, please contact us immediately.
Prices include VAT. For this reason, it is not expected that the carrier will request the payment of additional charges at the time of delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy
